Sequoia ES Restroom Facility, Security Fencing, & Site Repainting

Demolition and hazardous materials abatement of the existing school restroom building, including removal of all associated walkways, ramps, and site fencing. Construction of a new restroom facility, complete with code-compliant accessible pathways, new pavement, and site striping. Installation of a comprehensive campus security fencing system, including eight (8) new gates. Scope also includes full repainting of the entire school campus to provide a cohesive and refreshed appearance.
