Comprehensive renovation and ADA-compliant modernization of the entire 10th floor of the Elihu Harris Building, including full tenant improvements. The scope of work includes upgrades to electrical systems; drywall, framing, and flooring installation; custom casework and architectural millwork; fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems; data and telecommunications infrastructure; HVAC and plumbing systems; as well as interior and exterior painting.
