The project includes paving and seismic upgrades with new equipment pads, building supports, and concrete stem walls. Scope includes installation of a 54-inch spool with associated valves and piping, custom offset spools (16”–54”), pressure-reducing valves, and lightweight engineered fill with retention systems. Work also includes electrical upgrades and rerouting to support the pump station, along with new fencing, guardrails, and a redesigned driveway approach. Additional improvements include four stainless steel landings, grated pit covers, and application of specialized coatings, treatments, and required testing.
