This project involved the ground-up construction of a new Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop in Pittsburg, California. The build transformed a raw site into a fully finished commercial retail space, delivered ready for operations. The scope included complete site development and construction of the building shell, interior build-out, and full MEP coordination. Electrical and plumbing work were performed by Saboo Inc., ensuring all utility systems were installed to code and aligned with commercial food service requirements. The finished space reflects a modern, efficient retail environment designed to support high customer traffic and brand standards for Cold Stone Creamery.
